# How to Make It:

02 - In a large bowl, mix the charred corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro until evenly distributed.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, minced garlic, lime juice, kosher salt, and black pepper until smooth.
