# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface with the longer side facing you.
03 - Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a ½-inch border along the edges.
04 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
05 - Arrange the mini pepperoni slices over the cheese, then sprinkle Parmesan and dried herbs if desired.
06 - Starting from the long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
07 - Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into ½-inch thick slices and arrange them cut side up on the prepared tray, spacing slightly apart.
08 - Brush each pinwheel gently with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
