05 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - Salt, to taste

10 - 12 to 15 whole black peppercorns
11 - 3 small carrot sticks
12 - 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
13 - 3 thin pretzel sticks
14 - Fresh parsley or dill sprigs (optional)
15 - Crackers and fresh vegetables, for serving
# How to Make It:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions per snowman (large, medium, and small) and roll each into smooth balls.
03 - Stack the cheese balls on a serving platter vertically in order from largest at the base to smallest at the top.
04 - Decorate each snowman using peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, pretzel sticks for arms, and optionally add parsley or dill sprigs.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled snowmen for at least 1 hour to firm before serving.
06 - Present with crackers and fresh vegetables on the side.
