06 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove stems and seeds, then slice into even strips.
02 - Arrange the bell pepper strips radiating from the center of a large serving platter, leaving space for the dip bowl in the middle.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chives, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend. Optionally add olive oil for a smoother texture and mix until creamy.
