04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1 large egg, room temperature

10 - Vegetable oil for deep frying (about 4 cups)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the butter melts.
02 - Remove saucepan from heat and stir in all-purpose flour at once. Mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the pan.
03 - Allow dough to cool for 3 minutes. Add egg and vanilla extract, then beat until the mixture becomes smooth and glossy.
04 - Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip for shaping.
05 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a plate lined with paper towels for draining.
06 - Pipe 1-inch pieces of dough directly into hot oil, cutting with scissors. Fry in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
07 - Remove churro bites with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain.
08 - In a shallow bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. While bites are warm, roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
09 - Arrange churro bites on a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
