This jellyfish candy platter was a hit at my last party everyone loved the colorful gummies and ocean-themed treats.

Ingredients

  • Jellyfish Gummies: 1 cup fruit juice (e.g., apple, grape, or berry), 2 tbsp powdered gelatin (or vegetarian alternative like agar-agar), 3 tbsp granulated sugar, Food coloring (optional, blue, pink, purple), 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Decorative Jellies: 1 cup coconut water or clear soda, 2 tbsp powdered gelatin (or agar-agar), 2 tbsp sugar, Food coloring (various ocean-inspired colors)
  • Ocean-Themed Candies: 1 cup gummy worms (for tentacles), 1 cup blue raspberry candy belts, cut into strips, 1 cup rock candy (for coral), 1 cup candy pearls or edible sugar pearls

Instructions

Prepare Jellyfish Gummies:
In a saucepan, heat fruit juice and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved. Add food coloring and lemon juice. Pour into jellyfish-shaped silicone molds (or round molds for the body and a shallow mold for the tentacles). Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
