# How to Make It:
01 - Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, melted butter or coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until thoroughly combined.
03 - Fold in chocolate chips and chopped roasted peanuts, if using.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly with a spatula or hands to form an even layer.
05 - Refrigerate for at least one hour or until the mixture is firm.
06 - Lift the set mixture using the parchment paper overhang, place on a cutting board, and cut into 12 bars.
07 - Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
