# What You Need:
→ Dairy & Cheese
01 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
→ Vegetables
03 - 12 small cucumber slices (about ⅛ inch thick, cut into rounds)
04 - 12 small black olive slices (for noses)
05 - 24 mini capers (for eyes)
06 - 12 small radish slices (for ears)
→ Crackers
07 - 12 round rice or water crackers (about 2 inch diameter)
→ Spices & Seasonings
08 - ½ tsp lemon juice
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste
# How to Make It:
01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Apply a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker evenly.
03 - Place a cucumber slice slightly off-center on top of each cracker to represent the iceberg.
04 - Using a small spoon or piping bag, place a rounded mound of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice as the polar bear's head.
05 - Decorate each bear’s head by setting two capers for eyes, one black olive slice as the nose, and two radish slices at the sides as ears.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled stacks for at least 10 minutes to achieve the best texture.
