# How to Make It:
01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until soft and translucent.
02 - Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add rinsed rice to the skillet and toast for 1 to 2 minutes until the edges appear translucent.
04 - Pour in diced tomatoes with juices and vegetable broth. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Stir thoroughly to combine.
05 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 18 to 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
