Ingredients

  • Sponge Base: 12–14 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)
  • Matcha Syrup: 1 cup (240 ml) hot water, 2 teaspoons high-quality matcha powder, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Mascarpone Cream: 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, cold, 8 oz (225 g) mascarpone cheese, room temperature, 1/3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Snow Topping: 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon matcha powder (for dusting)

Instructions

Prepare the Matcha Syrup:
In a small bowl, whisk together hot water, matcha powder, and granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.

Chill:
Cover the cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and chill.
